Services Offered:
Consultation: The very first stage of the design process entails a site visit, during which our designers view the design zone and discuss the needs of the client.
On-site surveys: During this stage, our designers measure the design zone and take note of any apertures and architectural features. We also work directly with the clients in order to better understand their expectations, style preferences and the function of the design area.
Furniture plan: Our designers create a scale drawing of the area which will be designed and propose multiple furniture layouts which meet the needs of the client.
Electrical plan: Depicts the position of all the electrical points, which will be placed strategically in the design area in order to hide unsightly wiring.
Light plan: This involves the key placement of ambient, task and accent lighting. Ambient lighting is the general lighting of the room, task lighting is a light used in order to perform a task such as reading or cooking, whereas accent lighting is used to draw attention to a particular area.
Soffit Plan: The planning and scale drawing of gypsum soffits which can vary from minimal flat ceilings to elaborate designs delineating specific areas.
2D elevations: Through 2D scale drawings of each wall, the client can get a brief idea of what the design area will look like.
Sketches: These are prepared by our skilled designers in order to portray particular features and details in the design area.
Mood boards and Sample boards: Our designers will present a combination of materials, accessories fabrics and items of furniture which will compose the general ambience of the room.
Interior decoration: Includes the choice of accessories, curtains, cushions, light fittings, artwork, rugs and all the tiny details which are commonly overlooked but which complete the design of any room.
Bespoke Furniture: Whether it’s the need for a unique piece of furniture or making the best use of the available space, we design custom made items of furniture which are built around our clients’ needs.
