Urban Outlook brings the scale of a residential development and the intimacy of an individual home into one coherent design direction.
The façade uses stepped volumes, framed balconies and a restrained combination of white, grey and warm stone tones to give the building depth without visual excess. Repetition creates order across the elevation, while projecting frames mark individual homes within the larger composition.
Inside, the palette becomes softer and more personal. Blue-grey walls, pale flooring and crisp white joinery establish a calm backdrop, while marble surfaces and graphic lighting connect the kitchen, dining and living areas through one open, light-filled plan.
