The idea

The Arched Study turns a compact room into a practical workspace without losing the warmth and texture of the existing property.

A slim black-framed glass partition separates the desk from the adjoining room while allowing both spaces to share light. The curve follows the limestone arch, making the new addition feel part of the original architecture.

Olive green wall panelling, solid timber shelves and full-height storage give the room a calm, grounded feel. Patterned tiles run through both areas, tying the scheme together and adding detail at floor level.
