Courtyard Light turns a private outdoor space into an extension of the home—quiet by day and atmospheric after dusk.
The existing limestone walls give the courtyard its sense of permanence. Against them, clean rendered volumes and vertical timber screens create a lighter contemporary layer, filtering views while adding warmth and rhythm to the elevation.
The pool sits low within the terrace so water, planting and seating read as one continuous landscape. Integrated lighting traces steps and stonework, allowing the character of the materials to become richer as daylight fades.
